Slab Lifting with Structural Urethane Foam

There was a time when there was no choice but to rip and replace sunken slabs caused by soil erosion. This was expensive, disruptive and inconvenient. Over the last decade, hydraulic lift of a slab was made possible by drilling large holes and injecting a cement slurry underneath to jack the slab. This did not eliminate the erosion problem and created an unintentional consequence—placing excessive weight on loosely consolidated soils that eventually caused the slab to sink again.

Today, Avanti uses the word permanent because the structural urethane foam from Avanti eliminates the cause or erosion, strengthens the substrate and corrects slab alignment. One formula, multiple injections, different bursts, one long-lasting result.
