The Proof is in the Pudding

Posted in Industry News

questionsThe basic meaning of the popular phrase "proof is in the pudding" is being uncertain about the quality of something until it's been tried and tested. That's how we feel about our Field Services Manager, Charlie Lerman. He's a hot commodity, our secret weapon, the real deal, tried and tested ... you see where I'm going with this. Most of all, he's genuine and always willing to assist, teach and mentor those of the grouting community.

Mark Antoskiewicz, Project Manager at Western Waterproofing Company recently commended Charlie in a personal letter stating:

"Charlie stayed onsite and worked with our crew to stop the leaks. We used a couple of the Avanti materials and they worked without exception. Our crew onsite told me how they were educated by Charlie's expertise and his effort to work on a difficult project with weather worsening every day."

Fact is, Charlie has built a reputation from coast to coast. If any of you have had the pleasure of working with Charlie, feel free to post your comments or tell your story here: Contact Us. As for me, I'm thankful for the opportunity to work with Charlie. Whenever field services is on a jobsite, the proof is in the pudding.
