AV-249 Flexseal AC must be added to AV-248 for the foam reaction to occur in 10 minutes or less. |

AV-248 is Hydrophobic and does not require the addition of water. Add a small amount of AV-249 Flexseal AC to the 5-gallon pail of AV-248 Flexseal, stirring continuously, until the desired reaction time is achieved. This is determined when the product comes into contact with moisture. For faster set times add more AV-249. Typically, one 16-oz. container of AV-249 is used with one 5-gallon pail of AV-248. Depending on desired reaction time, catalyst may be doubled, but do not use more than 32 ounces.
Field conditions will determine the amount of AV-249 to add to the 5-gallon pail of AV-248. The ideal
temperature for mixing catalyst is between 65°F and 85°F.

Keep in a tightly closed container, store in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect against physical damage. |

Use only in well ventilated areas, unless used with recommended respiratory protection. Containers of this material may be hazardous when empty since they retain product residues (vapors, liquids); observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product. |

EYES: Immediately flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. Get immediate medical attention.
SKIN: Wash affected area with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing.
INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, get medical attention.
INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth vigorously. Drink 1-2 glasses of water. Call a physician.
Note: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing person.
