AV-103 Catalyst SP (often referred to as “SP”) is a white crystalline solid used with AV-118 Chemical Grout as a polymerization initiator. Sodium Persulfate (AV-103 Catalyst SP) is a powder that is a required grout component and can be increased from 5 pounds (1% by weight, 60 ounces by volume) to a maximum of 15 pounds (3% by weight, 180 ounces by volume).
